After the events of the Underworld, things did not simply go back to normal here in Maine. Without any explanation, pirates are suddenly being flung into the town through portals linked to the past, losing all memories of their previous lives in the process. However this isn't the first time this has happened not by mere coincidence, and as more and more portals to other realms begin to open. It is clear that there is something sinister on its way to Storybrooke...
