your first concern is definitely even myself would love to have; alas when it comes to the system of BBCode vs HTML it's something that's strictly proboards. anything you place in the BBCode section which convert automatically out of HTML. the biography forum when it kept breaking was a prime example of mis-placed codes. however, danni and myself are considering moving a thread over that actually assists in making tables and using them within the BBCode portion so that it is easier to get tables and such up and running. i'm not one hundred percent sure if we can remove it all together; however if possible, I leave the coding to danni. i'm the graphics girl and the one who can run threw the codes after their completed and find errors. i'll definitely bring this up.

upon the second concern, i will be quite honest. both of us do have our own separate and extremely hectic lives. while danni is a supervisor on her floor; i work as an agent on mine and it's very time consuming. thankfully next week i am back to my morning shifts of 8:30-5:30 (the latest being 5:45). i've seen multiple sites operate very well with staff under the main founders; and it has been something myself personally been considering. it definitely is something me and danni would have to look into sooner rather then later as we would like to expand as much as we can. i believe our main goal if we gathered a few extra hands would to be first having them moderate the advertisement forums and updating census and move from there. i know i'm a stickier for certain biography facts and danni as well so this would be the next step afterwards.

accepting bios doesn't seem to be our main issue; more or less just getting everything updated because you guys are amazingly fast-pace bio makers! <3 but yes this is definitely something me and danni will be looking into moving forward; we typically would hold an audition of some sorts; and see who would be the best possible fit.
