Raincall is an overall friendly tom. He will easily approach those he feels most comfortable with, but otherwise it's the other cat's job to approach him. Despite that, he rarely yells at others and is fair with his anger. He only takes his anger out on those that have made him angry. He is very loyal to his Clan as well. He would be willing to die for any one of them, including his estranged father and younger brother. Raincall isn't quick to judge others either as he is far from perfect. He would much rather have them make their impression and then judge. A good way to make enemies with this tom to to betray him in some way. He does not easily forget or forgive.
As far as relationships, Raincall doesn't believe in falling in love or settling down with a cat. He has kits because Petalbreeze wanted a family and not a mate. I could see a she-cat changing his mind whether she's around his age or even younger. Currently he isn't actively looking for anything right now, but if anyone is looking for children with no strings attached, Raincall if your man.
