Friends: For a spitfire, you make friends easily. Cats of all clans can count on the friendship of Fireleaf whenever it is needed. You tend to be overly giving, sacrificing everything you've ever had to save those of your clan. Your leg is just the beginning of your sacrifice.
Acquantances: It'd actually be pretty surprising if you had a cat tha wasn't close enough to be a friend. You typically save your friends from your truest feelings of anger and frustration. The only time that a cat could end up here is if they couldn't accept your secrets.
Enemies: Any enemy of ThunderClan is an enemy of yours. You love your clan more than anything, often more than yourself. Cats that don't understand that are easily the ones you would consider enemies.
Annoyances: You don't get annoyed easily. You quite enjoy the company of any cat. It would be truly shocking that you got frustrated and irritated with those around you.
Lovers: No thank you! You're 100% loyal to your path, even the tom you briefly had feelings for was instantly forgotten in your path to a warrior.
Plots: There are plenty of opportunities to plot with this one, give us an idea and see where it goes! I'd love to put some serious stress into her life.
Littlestar would have likely taken an interest in Fireleaf when she was apprenticed, feeling sympathy as one of the former youngest apprentices, and still among the smallest, and would have wanted to get to know the she-cat better. Already friends with Briarstorm, Littlestar would have suggested the three hang out, as they all had potential to get along quite well, and magic would have been born. It's pretty simple to imagine an easy friendship among the three cats while they were young.
Littlestar and Fireleaf's relationship was destined for change when, well, both of their paths changed. The first big change was the drastic change in Fireleaf's life - the loss of a leg, the change of a name, and the new role of a medicine cat in a Clan. Littlestar would have desperately tried to be there for her friend, to be supportive, though would have respectfully kept her distance if Fireleaf was not ready for sympathy. The second big change would have been Littelstar's change of position, becoming a young deputy and needing support, and then young leader, needing the guidance of a medicine cat more than ever.
Littlestar and Fireleaf will have a complicated relationship upon return to the forest, I think, but with an ultimate happy ending. Fireleaf will pull away from sympathy from Briarstorm and Littlestar, but at the same time, Littlestar and Fireleaf will need each other, as they are literally the heart of the Clan. I think becoming leader and medicine cat (and Briarstorm as deputy) will ultimately keep them close and save their relationship.
as forementioned, briarstorm met fireleaf when she had just been made an apprentice. as a new warrior, he was nervous and felt he had few friends in the "warrior" circle, and was thrilled that even though he had a new name, he could keep the friends he had in the apprentice den. when littestar brought someone else along to hang out with them on day, he was all to happy to have someone else to share his heart with. he was perhaps a little jealous, at first, that fireleaf and littlestar got to spend so much time together - training and sharing a den and all that. once he realized that it did not change their affections towards him, he relaxed on this, and even more so when littestar joined him in the warrior ranks. he felt less alone, and they both made a purposeful effort to make sure that fireleaf never felt left behind.
her support through his life is something he could never forget. she has always been a cat loved by everyone, and the fact that she chose both him and littlestar as her dearest friends makes him feel like he's won the lottery. he and fireleaf have been friends through a lot of hardships. and while the fire caused her to withdraw, it has done nothing but deepen his devotion to their friendship. he knows that she needs their support now more than ever, and the fact that she was so supportive of their change in ranks and responsibility only proves that fact to him more. he will not give up on her. he won't give her pity, or sympathy, but he will help push her to realize how this calling is something bigger than herself. while it was not what she planned, it is perhaps the most fulfilling path starclan could have chosen for her. not an easy one, but one that no cat but she could do as well as she does. and he intends to help her see that.
